Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses

- No one shall collect email addresses from websites that explicitly refuse such collection, using automated programs or other technical methods.

- No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the above provision.

- No one shall use email addresses for information transmission if they are aware that the addresses were collected, sold, or distributed in violation of the above rules.
